I work with adults and young people in Ontario who are looking for support as they navigate challenging circumstances in their lives, with a special interest in supporting the mental health of young adults who are affected by chronic pain and/or illness. My other areas of focus include anxiety, depression, work-related stress, bullying, and managing difficult life transitions.
Whatever your therapy goals, I am here to support you in gaining a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships, to help you recognize behaviour or thought patterns that are not serving you in working towards your goals, and to support you towards a more compassionate relationship with yourself.
I provide individual sessions online or over the phone, either on a short-term or longer-term basis depending on your needs.
